When she realized how many small businesses were creating complex websites that lead to confusing interfaces and lost customers, she knew she could solve a problem for this community. He’s tried making a website based on a template but it’s never felt like it’s promoted his work well or provided all of the resources his business needs. With little knowledge of how to make a website, Dennis is overwhelmed and frustrated about how to solve his problem. He wants to set up a more functional shop on the website to gain customers but he doesn’t know how to integrate it with the current template.

Marie has been relying on her social media and word of mouth for her hairstyling business. She’s been fairly successful so far but she’d like to offer basic classes for parents and needs a way to organize sign-ups and market the events. A website would be a great addition to her business to help bring in more customers as well as promote the classes when she can hold the events. She has no knowledge about what goes into making a website and becomes overwhelmed with the process easily.

Amber needed a modern twist in a traditional setting for her brand. Home Page Designs needed to feel like the comfort of home, yet still edgy enough to show off a tech vibe. Comfort and ease was the main trait we wanted to come across, so we added a pop of contrast, such as in the colors and the marketing themes, throughout the strategy to gain a broader sense of Home Page Web Designs’ audience. Overall, the objective was to be welcoming towards the audience and provide them with the tools to stay organized with their technology.
