K20 Center Printing Process

The printing process for the K20 Center was created by developing a ticket on Jira, then emailing the art department, and having our department delegate and coordinate projects for the K20 Center with various printing vendors.

K20 Marketing Print Inventory

Working with associate directors and the art department, I developed and managed a spreadsheet for the marketing and program materials that the K20 Center needed to keep projects updated within the art department. This would help departments and members understand where materials were located and status updates of each material when needed for events.

K20 Project Calendar

For the art department, the project calendar is meant to proactively support the department reach out to various departments within the organization for GEAR UP programs that may need to be updated or printed before the new year.
